MAY DAY, MAY DAY : QUIT COAL

During 48 hours,we have blocked one of the biggest ship transporting coal. A massive ship, three hundred metres lenght and eighteen metres draught.She is built of brand new steel, ready to carry thousands tons of coal. I can´t take out from my mind the view of the Rainbow Warrior positioned with two anchors alongside the big ship and two huge columns of smoke coming out from the Coal-Fired Power Plant. Our message is clear, it is a MAYDAY of the Earth asking: QUIT COAL.
